Since moving to Iceland, I have also founded and built two companies—Geko and Ugrow—both dedicated to strengthening talent ecosystems and supporting organisations through modern, flexible people solutions. Geko is a pioneering consulting agency specialising in people strategy, HR‑as‑a‑Service, and team development. Ugrow expands on this mission by connecting leaders, talent, and organisations with support that accelerates growth, capability, and culture.
